Good day.

Today, I almost quit my job.
I applied to be an art instructor.
You accepted me saying training will be provided.
Today, you tell me my art background sucks.
You ambiguously made me your retail assistant since Day 1.
Then you come and tell me you did not made me a retail assistant.
 Just a random part-timer.
Then you say you want to keep me as a designer.

FYI, designers are paid assignment basis.
You should be happy you got me cheap, going by per hour rate.
Plus looking after your shop for you.
IMO, I did not learned anything from working for you.
Except about blending oil pastels.
I had to deal with your accounts.
Push sales.
Design.
Do some art training.
Do stocks.
Serve customers.
I don't like doing this. It feels lowly.
People boss me around.

If i really want to do retail, I would have just applied one.
Why applied to be a teacher.
And here I was, intending to commit one and a half years to you.

I'll tolerate for this holiday. I need to find a Job where I can work long term.
Not you definitely.

Who the hell has to keep storing lap tops at your store?
Adobe soft wares belongs to me and the school.
That is why, YOU have to pay by assignment base.
Locking me at your store with the excuse of doing design,
plus it's holiday. Is an excuse for cheap labor.

I am not UN-Happy, about working for you.
I am just NOT interested to be a retail assistant.
In the mean time I have to provide you with
ideas and marketing ideas for free? If not by /hr?
Even interior design as well. I could very well
get paid by assignment base while staying at home.
Totally.

Today I set a goal.
Ignore that spelling mistake please~

Finding a good job is so difficult.
I need to improve my portfolio. I need to do one good one.
I need to start practicing how to draw great.
I'm interested in the "Right brain draws" programme.
It's a 5 day course. Intensive drawing. It cost $550...
I hope I can earn enough or save enough. Or if my parent
could sponsor me...

If only they understand me better...
